Our Services

Commercial EPC

Commercial buildings in the UK require an EPC when it is constructed, sold or let. The EPC is displayed in a similar way to that of a domestic property, with the energy rating shown on an A-G scale.

New Build SAP

SAP stands for Standard Assessment Procedure and is used to assess the energy performance of buildings. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement for all residential new build & conversions.

New Build Commercial SBEM

SBEM stands for “Simplified Building Energy Model.” The SBEM calculation is part of the compliance process with Building Regulations. It specifically focuses on the energy performance of non-domestic buildings, required at design stage and final completion.

Asbestos Management Report

To help fulfil your duty to manage your Asbestos (Reg 4 of CAR 2012), Typically, most Duty Holders/Clients with non-domestic premises will arrange for an Asbestos Management Survey to be undertaken as a starting point, this type of survey is designed to be non-intrusive and is deemed suitable for normal operations and foreseeable maintenance.

Asbestos Refurb/Demo Reports

Before any work is carried out on the fabric of a building; work that has the potential to disturb Asbestos containing materials (ACMs); you need to conduct a more invasive survey, known as an Asbestos refurbishment and/or demolition survey to ensure you have a suitable and sufficient assessment for your proposed task/project (Reg 5 of CAR 2012).

Asbestos Sample Testing

We provide asbestos testing to both business and residential clients. Asbestos testing is carried out for Artex and vinyl floor tiles, bitumen items, cement products, plus more to meet all your asbestos needs.
